How To Painlessly Prevent Wrinkles

What are the things that we can do in our fight against wrinkles? Dermatologists have a whole arsenal at their fingertips on how to prevent wrinkles appearing.
Amongst their armour are prescription creams, that by their very nature scream out, loaded with Synthetic chemicals! Keep well away!
But these doctors do not stop there. What about a favourite treatment that people seem to go crazy for, Botox.
